PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Residences at Terra Nova, featuring over 90 units was designed with a selection of Luxury
one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

My team and I were tasked with showcasing one of the Penthouse units.

This luxurious three-bedroom apartment offers an unparalleled breathtaking view of Kingston, Jamaica. The retractable dual triple-leaf glass sliding doors to the covered patio allow natural light to flood the main interior space while framing the panoramic view of the city’s skyline.

The design decisions regarding natural light and captivating views were essential in the angles selected for each 3D image as illustrated below.

This exclusive residence was designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. In keeping with this, the Interior Designer and Architect had numerous requirements in portraying the high-end finishes shown throughout.
